Payment Methods

Payment for orders is made in the national currency of the Republic of Uzbekistan (UZS) using one of the following payment methods:

An order is considered confirmed once the payment has been successfully received and confirmed. If confirmation is delayed due to a technical issue with the payment system, the delivery period begins from the moment the payment is actually confirmed.

Delivery within Tashkent

  • For orders under 300,000 UZS, the delivery fee is 30,000 UZS.
  • For orders from 300,000 UZS, delivery is free of charge.
  • Delivery is made within 3 hours from the time the order is placed, subject to payment confirmation.
  • The delivery period is calculated during the store's working hours. If an order is placed outside working hours, the delivery period starts from the time the store opens.
  • The stated delivery time is approximate and may be extended due to traffic conditions, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond the company's control.

Pickup

  • You can collect your order from the selected branch.
  • Before pickup, the order is prepared and kept at the branch for you.
  • If the required product is not available at the selected branch, it may be transferred from another branch. The transfer takes 3–4 business days. We will notify you when the product is available for pickup.
  • Pickup is unavailable during discount campaigns and promotional periods.
  • Promo codes for online purchases do not apply to pickup orders.

Delivery to Regions of Uzbekistan

  • Delivery is carried out by Fargo courier service.
  • The delivery fee is 45,000 UZS.
  • Free delivery for orders from 300,000 UZS does not apply to regional deliveries.
  • Delivery takes 3–4 business days from the time the order is placed, subject to payment confirmation.

Delivery Conditions

  • Residential address (house or apartment): the courier delivers the order to the door.
  • Office building: the order is handed over at the entrance to the office, provided that the courier has unrestricted access to the building.
  • Area with a barrier or other access restrictions: the order is handed over by the courier at the entrance/barrier.
