- Шаг 1 Тщательно вымойте и высушите ноги. Шаг 2. Убедитесь, что они полностью сухие для оптимального прилегания. Шаг 2. Извлеките пластырь из упаковки. Снимите обе бумажные обложки с обратной стороны и белую обложку в центре пластыря. Шаг 3.
